Rovena M. Marugg, 86, Woodstock, died Thursday, July 19, 2012, at her home.
She was born Nov. 13, 1925, in Christopher, to Henry L. and Vivian (Lathrum) Moody.
She loved to paint and work on puzzles. She loved spending time with her family, being with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her great-great grandchild, and cooking for family gatherings.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur; two sons, Gregg (Shirley) Marugg and Ralph Marugg; three brothers, Jim Moody and Richard and Paul Belsley; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert; a sister, Shirley; and a daughter, Deborah.
The visitation and funeral were July 24 at Schneider-Leucht-Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home, Woodstock.
Burial was at Windridge Memorial Park and Nature Sanctuary, Cary.
