Ronald “Ron” Hammer

Ronald “Ron” Hammer, 60, died Sunday, April 15, 2018, after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born Aug. 17, 1957, to Alvin and Dorothy Hammer.
Ron worked at Charter Manufacturing in Woodstock and enjoyed classic cars, food, and spending time with family, including pets.
Survivors include his wife, Kathleen; two daughters, Kandice Hammer Smith (Jake) and Rachel Hammer; siblings and in-laws, Debbie Belmonte, Linda Koenig, Patty Jankowski (Rich), Marcia Epley (Jim), and David and Gina Cholewinski; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services were private.
