A celebration of his life for Robert F. Carr will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 2, at the Woodstock Opera House, where he acted and created the sets for the plays and was a founder of the Townsquare Players.
He passed away July 1, 2020, at the age of 92.
A scholarship has been established at Woodstock High School in Bob’s name. The inaugural recipient, Genesis Dunn, will pursue an art degree at Northern Illinois University.
