Nancy B. Fallaw

 

Nancy B. Fallaw, 73, Wonder Lake, died Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at Hospice of Northeastern Illinois-Woodstock.

She was born Nov. 15, 1938, in Chicago, to Edward and Maree (Kaufmann) Hogan.

She was a longtime resident of Wonder Lake, an advocate of Right to Life and a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.

She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include two daughters, Karen (George) Cadotte and Kelly ‘Kathryn’ Sweeting; four sons, Patrick (Joyce) Fallaw, Paul (Lee) Fallaw, Peter Fallaw and Joseph (Kendra) Fallaw; 20 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Capt. Patrick C. Fallaw, Chicago Fire Department; and her parents.

The visitation was May 25 at Justen’s Wonder Lake Funeral Home.

The funeral Mass was held May 26 at Christ the King Catholic Church, followed by interment at Christ the King Cemetery, Wonder Lake.
