Michelle A. Nordlof, 46, Chicago, died Aug. 26, 2014, at her home.
She was born Jan. 4, 1968, to William R. and Virginia A. (Schneider) Nordlof in Chicago.
She was a 1986 graduate of Crystal Lake Central. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University in 1990, a Master of Business Administration from Illinois Benedictine University in 1992 and a master’s degree in mechanical enginering from the University of Illinois-Chicago in 2005.
She managed the family business in Chicago for 24 years. She loved dogs and scuba diving.
Survivors include her parents, of Huntley; and a brother, Keith Nordlof.
A gathering of friends and relatives was held Sept. 4 at the Schneider-Leucht-Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home, Woodstock. A funeral service followed. Interment was private.
