Karen L. Allayaud

Karen L. Allayaud, 73, New Orleans, LA, formerly of Woodstock, died Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018, following a year-long battle with cancer.

She was born Aug. 20, 1944, in Pennsylvania.

She was a graduate of Woodstock High School and a piano teacher in the area.

Survivors include her husband, Carl Holub, New Orleans; her mother, Beulah Allayaud, Godfrey; a sister, Jody (Chuck) Hoffmann, Grafton; two nieces, Ericka Hoffmann, Clifton, VA, and Lori Hoffmann, Grafton; two half-sisters and a half-brother, and their families; a great-uncle; two great-aunts; several cousins; and a stepsister and her family.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; her father; two cousins; and several great-aunts and -uncles.

Due to health issues with her husband, no services are scheduled at this time.
