Joseph A. Woodell, 26, Woodstock, died Saturday, May 26, 2012, at Advocate Condell Medical Center, Libertyville.
He was born Jan.19, 1986, to Lawrence and Sarah (Saathoff) Woodell.
He was a member of the McHenry County Church of Religious Science, Cary.
He enjoyed being outdoors, working on computers and loved animals.
Survivors include his parents; four sisters, Debbie Woodell, Tracey Woodell, Laurei Woodell and Kathy Woodell; four brothers, Larry Woodell, Eric (Pamela) Saathoff, Mathew (Melissa) Brock and Nathan Woodell (his twin); and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Preston Brock.
Visitation was held May 31 at Schneider-Leucht-Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home, Woodstock.
The funeral service was June 1 at the funeral home. Interment was private.
Memorials can be sent to his family for designation at a later date.
