Herbert H. Kemp Jr., 81, Fort Myers, Fla., formerly of Woodstock, died Sunday, Aug. 10, 2014.
He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He worked for IBM and Tousche Ross before serving more than 30 years as chief information officer at DoALL in DesPlaines.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sandra; two sons, Scott (Cathy) and Tripper (Kerri); and four grandchildren Kyle, Colin, Allie and Elizabeth.
