Gary Quamen, San Francisco, formerly of Woodstock, died Monday, July 8, 2013, after a long illness. He was born and raised in Woodstock.
In 1968, he moved with his family to the San Francisco Bay Area.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Long Quamen; two sons, Eric Quamen and Ed Quamen; two daughters, Ann Engbrock Quamen and Hilary Clark; and Allan Quamen, Debra Blechle Quamen and Eleanor Kraft Quamen.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rohl Quamen and Charlene Amborn Quamen.
He is loved and will be greatly missed.
Arrangements were made by Spencer Mortuary, Castro Valley, Calif.
