Evelyn Steinke

Evelyn Steinke, 99, of Woodstock, died Wednesday April 18, 2018, at Hearthstone Manor in Woodstock.

She was born June 7, 1918, to Fred and Willie (Harris) Fincannon in Murphy, Oklahoma. She married Bruce Steinke in Pawhuska, Oklahoma.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, quilting and reading. She was a member of First Baptist Church and Calvary Baptist Church, both of Woodstock.

She was preceded in death by her husband after 71 years of marriage.

She is survived by a daughter, Julie Fee of Woodstock; a son, Terry of Vallejo, California; and several nieces and nephews.
