Dominic R. Davis, infant son of Christopher and Theodora (Bicouvaris) Davis, Woodstock, died at birth Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, at Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights.
Survivors include his parents; a sister, Brooklynn; his maternal grandparents, Dennis and Angie Keys, Crystal Lake; and his paternal grandparents, John and Mary Davis, Crystal Lake.
Visitation was Aug. 31 at Justen Funeral Home & Crematory, McHenry, followed by a prayer service at Windridge Memorial Park Cemetery, Cary.
