David M. Moran

David M. Moran, 36, Poplar Grove, died Thursday, Aug. 31, 2017, at his home.

He was born June 14, 1981, to Terry M. and Gail (Kramka) Moran in Woodstock.

He loved playing the guitar and learning tricks on his BMX bike.  He was an artist and enjoyed working on his computer and playing role-playing video games. After Little League, fishing became his sport of choice. He loved the family cats and all animals tame and wild. He was ecstatic about his car and loved to go for rides.

Survivors include his parents; a sister, Kimberly (William) Chrisman; nephews, Trevor and Finnley Chrisman; his grandmother, Lella Kramka; aunts and uncles, Roxanne Moran, Kem Moran, Lee and Nancy Kramka, Lane Kramka, Clay Kramka and Susan Nell; and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Kenneth Moran and Albert Kramka; grandmother, Carol Shickle; an uncle, David Nell; and an aunt, Debbie Whitecotton.

Visitation and funeral were held Sept. 7 at Schneider, Leucht, Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home, Woodstock. Interment was private.

Memorials can be made to the family.
