Charlotte Sobczyk, 87, Woodstock, died Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014.
She enjoyed having her family together for home-cooked meals, and she was a gambler.
Survivors include four children, Deborah (James) Skozek and David (Kathleen), Christine and Mark (Joyce) Sobczyk; five grandchildren, Rebecca (Michael) Swenson, Jessica (Wesley) Escondo, Michael Skozek, Maura and Olivia Sobczyk; and four great-grandchildren, Jannelise, Alexander, Evelyn and William.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Arthur; and six brothers and sisters.
Visitation was Jan. 21 at Cumberland Chapels, Norridge. The funeral Mass was Jan. 22 at Our Lady Mother of the Church, Chicago, Interment was at St. Adalbert Cemetery, Chicago.
