Carolyn L. Havens

Carolyn L. Havens, 85, Woodstock, died Monday, June 4, 2012, at Centegra Hospital – Woodstock.

She was born Jan. 2, 1927, to Clyde and Caroline (Krettner) Ohlsen.  

On May 11, 1946, she married Charles H. Havens in Chicago. 

She was a teller with the State Bank of Woodstock on the Square for more than 21 years.

Survivors include two daughters, Cathy (Bob) Westman and Rhonda (John) Munch; four grandchildren, Brent (Abby) Westman, Bryan Westman, Elizabeth Munch and Courtney (Nathan) Rhae; and four great-grandchildren, Tyler, Will, Brady and Charlie.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 2006; and two sisters.

The funeral service and visitation were June 8 at the Schneider-Leucht-Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home, Woodstock, followed by interment at McHenry County Memorial Park Cemetery, Woodstock.
