Beverly P. Konczal Pruski Perez Redner Murphy Haydysch, 72, Hebron, died Monday, July 16, 2012, at the Hospice of Northeastern Illinois Inpatient Care Unit at Centegra Specialty Hospital, Woodstock.
She was born March 21, 1940, in Chicago, to John and Martha (Sve) Konczal.
On Dec. 31, 2001, she married Barry Haydysch in Woodstock.
She was a beloved wife, mother grandmother and sister.
Survivors include her husband; seven sons, Alan Pruski, Michael (Cindy) Pruski, Dale Pruski, Joseph (Cyndy) Perez, Anthony (Cari) Perez, Kenneth (Jenny) Redner and Shawn Redner; three daughters, Leeann (Jerry) Puckett, Felina Fink and Shirley Konczal; 16 grandchildren; a brother, Thomas (Pam) Konczal; and a sister, Sandra (Don) Cornacchia.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Christine Pruski; two brothers, John Konczal and David (Debra) Konczal; and a sister, Cynthia Ivis.
A memorial gathering was held July 21, at Schneider-Leucht-Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home, Woodstock. All other services were private.
