Allan Lee Busse

Allan Lee Busse, 68, formerly of Woodstock, died Sunday, May 4, 2014, in Albuquerque, N.M.

He was born March 16, 1946, in Chicago to Edward and Ruth (Wilkens) Busse.

For many years he owned and operated The House Doctor, with customers from all over McHenry County. He was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of AMVETS.

Survivors include: his mother; four daughters, Melissa Stakes, Adrenne Busse-Kus, Jeanette Busse and Vanessa Busse; a brother, Edward (Katrina) Busse; two sisters, Janis (Steven) Schroeder and Susan Busse; three grandchildren, Hannah, Brian and Gavin; and his ex-wife, Shirley Busse.

He was preceded in death by his father.

The visitation and funeral were May 17 in the chapel at Windridge Memorial Park and Nature Sanctuary, Cary. 

Memorials may be given to the family to be used for his grandchildren’s educations.

Arrangements were made by Schneider-Leucht-Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home.
