Betty J. Kamin, 79, of Rock Hill, S.C., a former resident of Woodstock, died July 13, 2022 at White Oak Manor in York, S.C.
She was born in Mena, Ariz., on Nov. 24, 1942, to Nathan and Hazel (Finney) Shaw. She married Robert Kamin on Aug. 4, 1962.
She worked many jobs throughout the years, but her favorites were being a wife and mother.
She is survived by her husband; two sons, Robert (Regina) Kamin and Stephen (Sheri) Kamin; a daughter, Sandra (Joseph) Hart; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two sisters with their families, Ann (Paul) Violett and Eva (Charles) Chapman.
She will be dearly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Wanda Jean.
Memorials can be sent to Alzheimer’s Association or another charity of the donor’s choice.
