The Bunker Hill lodge, completed in 2012, was "Mike's domain", said Chandra Broughton, vice president of Bunker Hill Charities and the Domek Group. Built as a family retreat, the five bedrooms could sleep up to 20 people. Later, the lodge would host world-famous musicians who performed, with the proceeds of the concerts going to local charities.
