Drilling equipment has been digging wells as part of the new geothermal system that will heat and cool the Old Courthouse Center when the complex opens next spring. Wells have been dug in the city-owned parking lot at Throop and Judd streets and water lines run under Throop to connect with the Old Courthouse and Sheriff’s House.
