  • Frank E. Reed, 47, Harvard, was arrested July 6 in the 2180 block of North Seminary Avenue on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $5,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Philip M. Weidner, 38, Woodstock, was arrested July 8 in the 900 block of Golden Avenue on a charge of assault. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date July 21. Charge was dismissed in July, 2023.
  • Vincenzo J. Purpura, 35, Wonder Lake, was arrested July in the 7280 block of South Eastwood Drive on a warrant charging possession of a controlled substance. Held on $10,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Shawn A. Gonzalez, 28, Woodstock, was arrested July 9 in the 700 block of East Calhoun Street on charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08 percent, driving with a suspended license, driving without tail lights, and driving with unsafe equipment. Released after posting 10 percent of $3,000 bond. Court date Aug. 18.
  • Paul S. Grzyb, 51, Woodstock, was arrested July 9 in the 600 block of East Calhoun Street on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08 percent, driving with a suspended license (two count), and disobeying a traffic control device. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Michelle M. Cappello, 27, Lake in the Hills, was arrested July 10 in the 11600 block of McConnell Road on a charge of driving while license revoked and speeding. Held on $2,500 bond. Court date July 28.
  • Edgar Flores, 32, Crystal Lake, was arrested July 13 in the 11600 block of McConnell Road on charges of driving while license suspended, speeding, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Held on $2,500 bond. Court date Aug. 19.
  • Pearl R. Gannon, 35, Woodstock, was arrested July 12 in the 500 block of Central Parkway on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $6,000 bond. Court date Aug. 18.
