Groundhog Day prognostication will take place on the morning of Tuesday, Feb. 2, the final day of the Groundhog Days Festival in 2021, but the groundhog’s forecasting event won’t look like this. “People can social distance in the park and wrap scarves around their faces,” festival chairman Rick Bellairs suggested.
