Dianna Lynn Jayne

Dianna Lynn Jayne, 54, Woodstock, died Monday, Jan. 8, 2018, in peace at her home.

She was born Dec. 4, 1963, in Elgin.

She graduated from Crystal Lake Central High School in 1982. She served for years for the Women of the Moose and was very involved in special events at the Woodstock Moose Lodge.

She loved to travel to warm, exotic climates. She was known for her big heart and cheerful laugh, which left a glowing presence everywhere she went.

Survivors include her husband, David Jayne; a son, Brandon (Danielle Taylor) Thompson; trusting K9 companion, Sadie Jayne; her father, Thomas (Mary) Garman, Sebring, FL; a brother, Joseph (Janice) Garman, Goodyear, AZ; her stepfather, Robert Sweeney, Woodstock; nieces and nephews, Nina (Ryan) Lee, Avondale, AZ, Brad (Ashley) Garman, Goodyear,  Jamie (Kristina) Garman, Wonder Lake, and Teresa (Tony) Worm, Goodyear; her dearest friends, Dixie and Kathy; and many friends from the Woodstock Moose Lodge.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Sweeney.

A memorial was held Jan. 13 at the Woodstock Moose Lodge.

Memorial donations to the family would be greatly appreciated.

Arrangements were made by Schneider, Leucht, Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home, Woodstock.
