Olive M. Frame, 84, Woodstock, died June 25, 2014, at Valley Hi Nursing Home, Woodstock.
She was born May 9, 1930, to John W. and Agnes (O’Brien) Slavin in Hebron.
On Nov. 19, 1955, she married Wayne G. Frame at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Woodstock.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dominican University, formerly Rosary College, and a Master of Education from Northern Illinois University.
She worked for nearly 40 years in the field of education, employed in the Hebron school district and Woodstock School District 200.
She enjoyed volunteering in Texas at their winter site at St. Francis Xavier and LaFeria Learning Center.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Marc (Carol) Frame and Gregory Frame; three grandchildren, Elise (Tyler) Zacharias, Christopher and Caroline Frame; and a sister, Gina (Ron) Frame.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John Joseph Slavin.
Visitation and funeral were held June 28 at St. Mary Church. Interment was at St. Patrick Cemetery, Woodstock.
