Sharon Chonos, 81, formerly of Woodstock

Sharon F. Chonos, 81, Riverview, Fla., formerly of Woodstock, died, Sunday, Aug. 14, 2016, with her family at her side.

For the last 18 years she resided in Florida after retiring from the auto industry. She spent the last years of her life enjoying being a grandmother.

Survivors include a son, Darrin (Mandy); two daughters, Susan (Mark) Balmer and Kimberly (Matt) Simpson; six grandchildren, Michael, Benjamin and Matthew Chonos, Joshua and Tyler Simpson and Lily Balmer; and a brother, Jack Miller.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Donald.

The family will hold a private service.
