The coronavirus pandemic advanced the moving timetable for Bazil and Zachary LaBomascus, here with one-year-old Xavier. While living with Bazil’s parents in Woodstock during the stay-at-home order, the couple have been house-hunting in McHenry County. Once they purchase a home, they’ll sell their condo in Logan Square. Their buying range – houses priced under $300,000 – continues to be the most active sector of the steadily improving local housing market, accounting for 88 percent of the homes sold between March 1 and May 31.
