A shuttle bus for the former Hearthstone senior care campus is parked behind the Hearthstone Village, which provided assisted living for senior residents. Under a planned development by True North Properties of Wauconda, buildings on the now-closed Hearthstone campus would be turned into studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom “luxury” apartments.
