Garrett Anderson (center), with a background in urban planning and master’s degree in business, is director of Woodstock’s Economic Development Department. Krista Coltrin, Economic Development’s coordinator, has a background in marketing and communications. Her job concentrates on Woodstock’s downtown and Route 47 businesses. And George Hahne joined the department in 2018 as business development coordinator. His specialty is business attraction, particularly retail and restaurants.
