Independent photo by Larry Lough | This window on the west end of the first floor of the Old Courthouse is hidden by a staircase behind a wall with an “emergency exit only” door that was added in the 1960s. Modifications to the 1857 building to accommodate new tenants might remove that wall and expose the window to visitors coming through the front door of the building.
