Attached homes, such as these on Carlisle Drive on the west side of Woodstock, have rebounded in price after being hard hit in the housing crisis. Owners who bought an attached home before the market fell in 2008 are “getting close to being able to sell for what they bought for,” said Jolene White, an agent with RE/MAX Unlimited Northwest.
