From the railroad tracks, new windows on the back of what was once known as the Dacy Block are visible. “The windows have really drawn a lot of attention,” owner Jakes Dioguardi said. Two additional windows might be unbricked later as part of the property’s restoration, and Dioguardi plans to build a fence along the property line.
