After buying a home in Huntley, his parents, Katie Dettman and Ryan Kunde, put their house at 154 Ridgewood Drive on the market on July 17. The four-bedroom, 2½-bath home, which was priced at $215,000, was under a home close contingency five days later. The $200,000-$250,000 segment of the market has been the most active for the first six months of this year.
