Judith Diane Blezien

Judith Diane Blezien, 68, Woodstock, died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2009, at her home.

She was born July 18, 1941, in Chicago, to Arthur and Rachal (Lindemann) Gemskie. She married Michael Blezien Aug. 31, 1959, in Chicago.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Cynthia (Ron) Nootbaar, McHenry; two sons, Gary (Lynda) Blezien, Schiller Park, and Tony (Chris) Blezien, Lake in the Hills; five grandchildren, Kristina, Valerie, Anthony, Dylan and Gary Michael; and a sister, Arlene (Ken) Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation was Jan. 7 at Colonial Funeral Home, McHenry. Services and interment were private.
