Joseph A. Somers Joseph A. Somers, 30, Wonder Lake, died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009.He was born Sept. 24, 1979, in Waukegan, to James Edward and Ann Marie (Petrillo) Somers.He worked at Pioneer Center in McHenry. He was outgoing, funny, kind-hearted and loving. He enjoyed the company of his faithful companion, Karmi.Survivors include his parents, Reynaldo "Jr" Rivera Jr. and Ann Marie Somers; his fiancˇe, Kelly Cooper; three brothers, Josh (Amber) Berlin, Brian Rivera and Rex Perez; seven sisters, Jennifer Rivera, Samantha (Jeremy) Gerali, Erin (Joe) Schneider, Stephanie Rivera, Sentina (Gilberto) Rivera, Salena Rivera and Jennifer Neff; eight nieces and nephews, Autumn, Joshua, Caleb, Taylor, Tanner, Kalei, Darren and Arturo "My Man"; grandmothers, Mary Petrillo and Guadelupe Rodriquez; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.He was preceded in death by his father.A memorial gathering was Nov. 14 at Schneider-Leucht-Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home, Woodstock.Memorials can be made to the family for designation at a later date.
