Daniel J. Gibson, 49, Lake Geneva, Wis., died unexpectedly Thursday, March 10, 2016.
He was born Dec. 18, 1966, to Robert and Alice (Whalen) Gibson in Beloit, Wis.
He was a 1984 graduate of Woodstock High School. He attended Southern Illinois University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business.
Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Karrie; two sons, Evan Gibson and Nathan Gibson, both of Lake Geneva; his parents, Robert and Alice Gibson; and a brother, Dave Gibson.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Sue Gibson.
A celebration of life will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 20, at Celebration on Wells Street, 422 S. Wells St., Lake Geneva.
Donations can be made to the Gibson Family Fund at Town Bank of Lake Geneva.
Arrangements were made by the Derrick Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Lake Geneva.
