Shirley A. Conway

Shirley A. Conway, 56, Wonder Lake, died Monday, July 23, 2012, at Hospice of Northeastern Illinois Pavillion, Barrington.

She was born Oct. 1, 1955, in Chicago to Sylvester and Harriet (Woldhausen) Reif.

On Feb. 5, 2005, she married John F. Conway at Christ Life Church, Woodstock.

She loved gardening, her home and spending time with her family and grandchild. She was a good friend to many.

She had worked at Ebsco Co. in Cary.

Survivors include her husband;  six children, Timothy (Jennifer) Zink Jr., Robert (fiancee Marge) Reif, Katelyn Zink, John Conway Jr., Dana Conway and Kayla Conway; a granddaughter, Trinity Williams; three sisters, Sharon (James) Manka, Nancy (Reed) Ridge and Norine (Ronald) Haftl; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation was July 26 and 27 at Colonial Funeral Home, McHenry, followed by a Mass July 27.

Interment was private.
